RV SALES DISCLOSURE & DISCLAIMER AGREEMENT (FLORIDA)

1. Vehicle Condition Disclosure
All recreational vehicles (RVs), whether new or pre-owned, are priced aggressively based on current market conditions. Due to this pricing structure, the buyer acknowledges that normal wear and tear is expected. This includes, but is not limited to, minor scratches, nicks, dents, fading, cosmetic blemishes, and general use-related imperfections. Such conditions do not constitute defects and are accepted as part of the sale.

2. "AS IS" SALE – USED UNITS
All pre-owned units are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTIES, either expressed or implied. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose

The buyer understands that no oral or written statements by the dealer or its representatives shall be construed as a warranty unless expressly stated in writing.

3. NEW UNIT WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
New units may include a limited manufacturer's warranty, if applicable. Said warranty is:

• Provided solely by the manufacturer
• Subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions
• Administered at the manufacturer's sole discretion

The selling dealer does not provide any independent warranty and is not responsible for the performance or coverage of any manufacturer warranty.

4. BUYER INSPECTION & ACCEPTANCE
Buyer acknowledges that they have been given the opportunity to inspect the vehicle or have it inspected by a third party prior to purchase. By completing the transaction, the buyer accepts the unit in its present condition.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Dealer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, lodging, towing, or loss of income arising from the condition or use of the vehicle.

6. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this transaction shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The parties waive their right to a trial by jury.

7. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding vehicle condition and warranty disclaimers and supersedes any prior discussions or representations.
